1. Description, Prices and Information:

When adding products to the website, we take care to describe and show items as accurately as possible.
Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. We provide you with product information on Crewtags.aero or by our Customer Service enquiry form.
If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact our Customer Services.

All prices displayed are correct at time of entry, and what the law calls an "invitation to treat".
You cannot insist that a retailer sells you anything at a marked price, whether or not they have made a mistake.
Under law, a retailer is entitled to decide the price he wants to charge for his goods.

If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you.
In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.

In the same way you don't have to buy goods from anyone, a retailer is under no obligation to sell you anything.

1.1 Remittance Terms

Please note that for administrative reasons, we cannot take deposits or hold goods without payment in full. Your credit/debit card is charged in full at the time of order completion.

2. Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we always carry sufficient stock levels where possible.
If an item is knowingly out of stock it will be labelled as such on the Crewtags.aero website.
If you order from our Customer Services by phone, you will be told if the item is in stock.

If for any other reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you, except to ensure that you are not charged for that item. If the order has been completed you will be refunded in line with our refunds policy.

3. Delivery

Crewtags.aero believe deliveries should be fast, easy and hassle-free.
Orders placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be subject to a slight delay as Royal Mail do not operate a standard service during these periods.

3.1 Delivery to UK Mainland

Delivery is FREE and typically 3-4 working days. Delivery will be via Royal Mail or an alternative courier service. This is dictated by the total weight of your order.

3.2 Delivery to UK Highlands and Islands

This includes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Delivery times on these orders will vary, depending on the size and weight of the order. Please be assured that we always attempt to get your order with you as soon as possible, and we ask you to allow an extra 2-3 days from our standard service.

3.3 Delivery to Europe

We can arrange delivery to most European destinations.
Delivery times and prices on these orders will vary, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Delivery is FREE to European destinations. Please be assured that we always attempt to get your order with you as soon as possible, and we ask you to allow 7-10 days before chasing your order.

3.4 Delivery to Rest of World

We can arrange delivery to most worldwide destinations.
Delivery times on these orders will vary, depending on the size and weight of the order.
Delivery is FREE to worldwide destinations. Please be assured that we always attempt to get your order with you as soon as possible, and we ask you to allow 12-14 days before chasing your order.

3.5 Delivery during busy periods

We experience a surge of orders between November to January.
At these times, all our services and suppliers are pushed to their maximum capabilities and occasionally this can lead to a slight delay in order processing and despatch.
We will endeavour to keep you informed at all times.

4. Completed orders and payments

We accept (via PayPal) Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, PayPal TopUp Card, UK Maestro and American Express. If you are shopping from a non-UK country, please place your order in the normal way, and your credit card company will convert the order to your currency.

4.1 Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we may be able to back-order it for you. Please contact our Customer Services for more information.

4.1 Card security

When an order is placed at our website, all financial details are 128-bit SSL encrypted by the PayPal web servers. They are not held in clear-text on any website. Crewtags.aero have no access to your financial information. PayPal supply us with only the details relevant to despatching your order, such as delivery address, contact phone number and tag order details.

5. Order cancellation

An order cancellation can only take place if an item has not been despatched. If an item has been despatched in good faith, this will then be classed as a return.
Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. No charges will then be levied.

6. Refund policy

Should a situation arise where a refund is required, an investigation may be carried out and a refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 days for funds to show in your relevant account.

7. Returns and faults

When enquiring about a return, please have full order details ready.

7.1 Faulty items

If you have a fault with an item, please contact Customer Services and we will assist you in obtaining a refund or replacement.

7.2 Incorrect items

On some occasions, an incorrect item may be dispatched. Should this happen, please contact us immediately to arrange for the dispatch of the correct item.
This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7.3 Errors made during the personalisation process

Occasionally, mistakes during the customisation process find their way onto the finished product. Crewtags.aero are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer on their personalised tags.
If you notice a mistake in your personlisation, please contact us immediately. Your order can only be modified if it has not already been printed and despatched.
Charges may apply to correct and resend an incorrectly personalised order.

8. Privacy policy

Crewtags.aero does not disclose buyers' information to third-parties, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third-party will not disclose any of the details to any other third-party.

Cookies may be used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if an address book is used or to store your details if you select a 'Remember Me' option. They may also be used after you have logged on as part of that process.

If you turn off cookies, you may be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features of Crewtags.aero that may use cookies.

9. Uploaded image suitability and copyright

Use of the facilty to upload personal images to the Crewtags.aero website by the CreataTag system requires you to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the site.

9.1 Inappropriate images

You agree that any image uploaded to the Crewtags.aero servers must not be inappropriate, sexually explicit, hatred inciting, abusive or profane. You also agree that you hold the rights to upload said image.
In the event that the Crewtags.aero webmaster deems an image to not meet these requirements, no order will be processed related to that image and you will be contacted to discuss a resolution.

9.2 Misrepresentation

Crewtags.aero will not knowingly sell its products to anyone for the purpose of misrepresenting themselves, or attempting to identify themselves as someone, or something, that we know they are not.
This includes the production of tags with images uploaded by the CreataTag system which are evidently intended for use outside of the law.

If you do not agree to these terms, no image whatsoever may be uploaded to the Crewtags.aero servers.

9.3 Modification of uploaded images

Occasionally, at the discretion of Crewtags.aero, uploaded images may be modified or reconstructed to meet the standards expected by our customers.
Low resolution logos or images of unusual aspect ratio may need to be reformatted/redrawn in order to meet print specifications.
Also, Crewtags.aero may at its sole discretion change the colour of tags from the advertised colour to meet aesthetic/print standards.

10 Discounts and Voucher Codes

The use of voucher codes or automatic discounts is subject to availability and adherence to the site terms and conditions.
Only one form of voucher code or discount may be used per order. Discounts and voucher codes cannot be used in conjucntion with another.

All orders of 4 or more identical tags are automatically eligible for a 10% discount on the total order. This will be deducted from the total as show on the PayPal checkout screen.

Please note, if you want to order (for example) 2 for you and 2 for your significant other, this does not count as ordering 4 tags. This is two tag printing setups and therefore not eligible for the automatic discount. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer (i.e. if you are using a voucher code).

If a valid voucher code is used, that discount will be applied instead of the automatic 10% offer.

11. Data usage

Data collected by this site may be used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and associated services
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login or order number)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
f. Provide news and information via media such as SMS text message or email
g. Assess geographical location through use of IP monitoring for the purposes of fraud prevention or criminal activity tracking
